Kanyon Management Operation and Marketing Inc. was established in 2004 with 50% - 50% partnership of İş Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. and Eczacıbaşı Group.

The main purpose and activity of the joint venture is to carry out the management activities of residential, shopping and office buildings, especially Kanyon Complex, and to realize the promotion and marketing of the projects in the complexes where it operates and to mediate sales and rentals.

Since 2006, Kanyon Management has proven its vision in multi-project management with its value-added and distinctive work in the retail sector in many projects it manages in Istanbul, and has carried its experience to Izmir with the Ege Perla project.
