Ege Perla, Izmir’s first residential, office, and shopping center, received the 2017 Sign of City Awards’ “Best Local Shopping Center” and “Best Office” awards in the Best Commercial Projects category. Established by Iş Real Estate Investment Trust (IŞGYO), the multi-use project is located on one of the best spots of the Izmir Bay.

Sign of the City Awards aim to raise the bar in Turkey’s real estate industry and encourage fresh perspectives. Twenty-four awards are presented in five main categories, the winners of which are identified in a three-phase evaluation process. Mehmet Özhaseki, Turkey’s Minister of the Environment and Urban Planning, attended the award ceremony where Ege Perla won the “Best Local Shopping Center” and “Best Office” awards in the “Best Commercial Projects” category.
